Hopping from Vera's arms, the dilemma tugged desperately on her sleeve towards the door. "In! Inside! We make you safe and comforting." Turning to face the daunting door, his eyes narrowed with sheer determination. His arms stretched out before him, fingers wriggling in anticipation. "Door," he hissed under his breath, adjusting his hat so that it tipped to the side very slightly.

With a howl that sounded akin to a disgruntled baby bear, he aptly slammed his face into the door. This didn't seem to have much effect, however. His hat slipped off his head, landing to the side with a quiet 'thud'. "Drhhgr," he grunted, slightly muffled by the wood. "Door door door door door door..." Chattering under his breath, his three-fingered claws scraped furiously for a hold to push it open, but his attempts remained futile as the door remained as closed as ever.

Finally, he gave a desperate glance up at Vera. Generally unaccustomed to handing out orders instead of recieving them, all he could do was point furiously at the door. "Open. Opeeeenn!" he whined, his head bowed with shame. "Open, what not!"

suddenly, the door flew open, coming in Luppa's direction. a small, 14 or 15 year old blonde haired girl stuck her head out, and caught sight of Vera. "oops--sorry," she said, with an awkward smile. "i thought i heard voices out her--oh!" she had finally caught sight of Luppa--she hadn't seen him there.

Vera followed the little thing up to the door and she smiled as she watched him attempt to open the heavy set doors that laid before him. She laughed at his feeble attempts and the cringed as he had butted his head into the door. Oh how he amused her, but this was a bit to much. Tilting her head in sympathy she made her way over to the door where she was about to open it till suddenly a head popped out from behind the door and nearly had her in another beating frenzy. She gripped her umbrella tight but never swung it as she noticed it was a girl who was only greeting them. Smiling Vera swung her umbrella over her shoulder and slightly nodded, "Konichiwa, my name is Vera. Are you by chance another student who attends here?" She asked in a quiet manner.

When the door unexpectedly flew open, he landed face-first to the floor, his arms flailing as he failed to grab anything to slow down his fall. "Dgghhh," he grumbled in frustration, pushing himself to his feet again. His face felt somewhat sore - it had probably taken enough of a punishment for the day.

Looking up at the supposed giants, his mouth hung open in confusion, not recognising the young girl. He drew backwards, taking his position behind Vera's legs, frowning at this girl. Was she the one who opened the door? Still quite mad for falling over, he retrieved his top hat from the floor, twisting it tightly on top of his head. "Door open what-none't," he grumbled, apparently not making much sense. "New student-thing is for Vera umbrella only! None of the strangers, none of them!" Puffing his fur up, his posture remained proud and defiant, still staring angrily.

when Yuuki heard Vera's greeting, her eyes lit up. "konichiwa," she replied happily "i didn't think i would meet someone from Japan here." Yuuki couldn't believe it....though she didn't look it at all, she was of japanese origin--or she was, until her DNA was screwed with. still, she found herself speaking japanese once in a while--it drove her brother nuts. "yes," she said in answer to the girl's greeting. "i'm new here, actually." she glanced back down at Luppa, who did not seem very happy as he grumbled at her, and then puffed his fur out, like a defiant stuffed animal. "G-gomenasai,"she answered him, so nervous that for a moment, she'd slipped back to Japanese. she tugged at a her dragon pnedant around her neck. "i didn't see you there."
