Misunderstanding of...What's English?

[Aesis - DISCONTINUED]

Aesis spent day after day, wandering the halls, unsure of anything that was going on in the castle. He'd visited a few places before, but didn't remember their exact locations. If he felt hungry, there was always an unlimited supply of bananas, but Aesis decided he already had too much potassium in the first place.

He couldn't help but question his position in the castle every step he took. Sometimes he'd pace back and forth, boredom overcoming him. He'd turn corners, wander, and end up back where he started. The castle was a complete maze. For hours on end he'd wander, wander, wander. There were also some occasions he would inevitably become lost, and, whether he found someone or not, was unable to ask for directions. Unless it was Owen, that is. On such occasions, he would fall asleep in hallways, empty rooms (or so he'd think), in case it got too late. Aesis couldn't even locate his own room in the castle most of the time.

Night had already reached the sky Aesis, on the other hand, reached no destination in particular, ending up in the vestibule. His eyes set on something in particular, though. The gleam of the fish tank, specifically. Aesis had a small fascination for vibrant colors, and ran up to the fish tank in awe. The many colors of fish that swarmed around was interesting enough. He was close to mashing his face up to the glass, but decided not to, in respect of his own dignity. He did keep watching the fish though, his eyes darting back and forth in sync with the fishes.

He sat down, his head lying against the base of the fish tank. He closed his eyes, sleeping to the sounds of the sloshing of water behind him.
